I use words to help people. Writing for the vulnerable, the impaired, and the distracted.

Because it shouldn't be hard to use a product.

Work experience

  • A person placing a wise debit card into their front shirt pocket.

    Wise

I worked at Wise for about 4 years. Starting in Customer Support (CS) and carving a path for myself in Content Design.

As a Content Designer, I owned the external supportive content for the company. This included our help centre with its 500+ articles, tooltips, and self-service tools.

I saved Wise up to 2.5 million GBP each year by reducing contact rates by 20% on average.

  • A phone with the instagram and facebook app logos on it, and the meta logo in the background.

    Meta

I worked at Meta for a little over 7 months, helping design the UX of the centralised support platform. My work included:

    • contributing to the development of a quality calibration tool

    • kick starting long-term content strategy for terminology within the organisation

    • improving the case tracking experience for agents across multiple tools

Due to the nature of my work at Meta, I’m unable to showcase examples.

  • A small pile of books and journals Springer Nature has published.

    Springer Nature

Being the first content designer to join the team at Springer Nature Digital, the pressure and expectations were immense.

During my time here I have:

    • increased SEO for main business goals

    • contributed to a redesign of our reading platform

    • collaborated with legal to redesign our global cookies text
